Welcome to our kitchen! Steaks and local Alaskan Seafood, Specialty Burgers, Salads, Sandwiches & Pasta’s The only waterside dining in Valdez located in the Best Western Hotel right on the boat harbor. Food made fresh-to-order. The seafood comes from the pristine arctic waters of Alaska and is handled with care from the time it comes from the waters till it reaches you. Our steaks are aged,marinated and full flavored. Our pastas are dressed in fresh made-to-order sauces and the finest ingredients. Exciting and delicious specials are created almost daily by our chefs, so there is always something new to try at The Wheelhouse.
